1. Do we have to pay for EduCare programs?

No, all EduCare programs are completely free of charge for all students. We believe in providing accessible and equitable educational opportunities for every student.

2. How many classes can my student enroll in?
Your student can enroll in as many classes as they are interested in, provided there are no scheduling conflicts. We encourage students to explore a variety of subjects and activities that interest them.

3. Does my student have to attend the entire class?
No, your student is not required to stay for the entire class. However, we encourage full participation to ensure they get the most out of the experience and benefit fully from the activity.

4. Will my student be fed during EduCare programs?
Yes, there is free supper provided by Beyond the Bell right at the end of school for 30 minutes in the C Quad, where students can access a healthy and fulfilling snack.

5. Are the staff members trained in their activity?
Yes, all EduCare staff members are thoroughly trained in their respective activities. They are skilled and passionate about their subjects, ensuring that your student receives high-quality instruction and support.

At the moment, we are still awaiting confirmation to schedule our in-person and/or online Driver's Education course that students can take free of charge at NHHS. Once the schedule is confirmed, we will announce it and post information around the school, on our website, and on Schoology.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How old does my student have to be?
Students must be at least 15.5 years of age to enroll in the Driver's Ed program.

2. Do we need to submit anything?
Yes, all students need to submit a BTB Registration Form prior to attending.

3. Will my student be driving?
No, the Driver's Ed course focuses on teaching students the rules of the road to prepare them for the CA DMV Written Exam.

4. When will the class take place?
At the moment, nothing is confirmed; however, we aim to offer the class in mid-October to November.

5. Will we receive any proof that my child took the course?
Yes, at the end of the course, all students will receive a certificate of completion.
