Library Practice Students

Students assigned to the Library Practice course learn some of the technical aspects of library service, such as organizing books, patron service, and maintaining a secure and functional computer lab.  In addition, some soft workplace skills, such as collaboration and communication with team mates, are emphasized. The outcome of the Library Practice experience is workplace and career readiness through applied technical and interpersonal efficacy.

Students interested in enrolling in Library Practice should talk to their counselor. Approval will also be needed from Mr. Hamrick.
